Rankings for this period include all-league play, the Las Vegas Open, the Far Westerns Tournament at UC Davis, the MLK Tournament at San Jose St, and preseason results.
A point system is used in reverse order of ranking. A 1st place vote is worth 20 points, 2nd place is worth 19 points, and so on. Total points are counted for each team and then teams are ranked based on total points.
In line with its non-profit mission, the CCVC has awarded over $6,350 to deserving California student-athletes. 2016 applications are due by 5pm on March 30, 2016. Applications must be complete and submitted by the deadline to be considered.
